Using college to prepare yourself for the dreaded “real world,” is a One On One mantra. Today’s tip is about writing, one of the four areas where many businesses believe college graduates are lacking. So here it is: Writing will always be a part of nearly every job. Email isn’t going away so fast, and customers still want written proposals. So learning to write well is paramount.
How to do it: Take classes that make you write papers. The hidden upside is that not only will this make you more confident and more employable, but it’s also actually easier for most people to have a mix of class requirements (i.e. test, papers, presentations) than to have all tests. Enjoy.
